Giovanni DAPRÀ
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Giovanni believes in the idea that a better customer experience comes from technology and finance working together. He co-founded Moneyfarm with the aim of delivering the best investment solutions to help protect and grow an individual’s wealth over time. Prior to Moneyfarm, Giovanni worked at Deutsche Bank AG. He graduated from Bocconi University with a degree in Finance and has an MSc in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Cass Business School. Giovanni's leadership is steering the course towards accessible wealth management for all.

Paolo has seen technology disrupt many industries, but financial services has been lagging behind. He co-founded Moneyfarm to reshape the role and old model of the wealth manager. Prior to Moneyfarm, Paolo co-founded prestiamoci.it, working in fintech before it was fintech. Former CEO of Sella Capital Management SGR and Deputy Head of the Private Banking unit, Paolo brings a wealth of experience from both the asset management and investment banking industry.

Richard FLAX
Chief Investment Officer
Richard joined Moneyfarm in 2016 and is responsible for all aspects of portfolio management and portfolio construction. He’s previously worked as an equity analyst and portfolio manager at PIMCO and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and as a fixed income analyst at Fleming Asset Management. Richard began his career in finance in the mid-1990s in the global economics team at Morgan Stanley in New York. He has a BA from Cambridge University in History, an MA from Johns Hopkins University in International Relations and Economics, and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder.

Head of Investment Advisory
Andrea is a seasoned professional in the financial industry, with a pivotal role at Moneyfarm since 2014. He started as Head of Investment Advisory in Italy, overseeing a team of 15+, and evolved to manage a global team of 40+ across Italy and the UK. His responsibilities include refining the advisory model and enhancing customer support, while also serving as a permanent member of the Investment Committee. Andrea honed his skills in customer relationship and financial consultancy at several respected firms. He holds a Master's Degree in Quantitative Finance from Università di Bologna and is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA), bringing a robust academic background to his extensive practical experience

DAME JAYNE-ANNE GADHIA | Moneyfarm Chair
Dame Jayne-Anne is the Founder and Executive Chair of Snoop. From 2007 to 2018 she was the CEO of Virgin Money. A Chartered Accountant, she spent six years at Norwich Union (now Aviva) before becoming one of the founders of Virgin Direct in 1995. Three years later, she set up the Virgin One account, which was acquired by the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2001. She subsequently spent five years at RBS before returning to Virgin as CEO of Virgin Money.
CAMILLO GRECO | Director
Camillo graduated in Economics at La Sapienza University in Rome in 1997 and completed anExecutive MBA at INSEAD in 2005. In 1996 he started his career at JP Morgan, where over the years he had increasing responsibilities in Investment Banking, both in London and Milan. He joined Poste Italiane Group in July 2020 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head of Financial Holdings. Since January 2021 he is Chief Financial Officer.
PAOLO GESESS | Director
Paolo has more than 20 years of venture capital experience. In 2000 he founded JupiterVentures, which has been one of the top quartile Venture Capital firms with over 6x returns. He has finalised several investments throughout Europe, where he acted as board member with a problem solving approach and with a particular attention to HR and Teams’ incentive plan. He is now managing director of United Ventures.

Kay Müller is currently Chairmen of the Board of Management & COO of Allianz Asset Management(AAM) GmbH, as well as Head of Business Division Asset Management at Allianz SE.
JAMES CLARK | Director
James is a founding partner of the private equity firm Cabot Square Capital. Cabot Square Capital specialises in providing growth capital and hands-on strategic resources to innovative financial service businesses and is currently investing its fifth fund. Prior to founding Cabot Square in 1996, James was responsible for the establishment and management of Lehman Brothers International Structured and Principal Finance Group.

Mario has spent 30 years in the wealth management sector. He was part of the team that designed and developed Banca Fideuram where he became general manager before going on to hold prominent positions at Allianz.
